African Dances at the Art-Labyrinth Festival
Have you ever danced an African dance? No?
If you want to do this, you will have such an opportunity at the master class that will take place at the Art-Labyrinth Festival.
Master class will be held by Anna Reed. Anne comes from Haarlem, New York. She studied at the University of New York on the class of dances and made a brilliant career on Broadway, being an assistant choreographer at RENT. Anne Reed worked with such artists as Stevie Wonder, choreographer Diane Macinteir and Ntzoke Shanj.
Now Anna Reed is working in the Causani library as part of the Peace Corps. She is engaged in the organization of youth volunteer clubs in English, hip-hop and African dances, and also is a choreographer of various flash mobs for schools and summer camps.
Under the guidance of such a talented and famous person, the master class promises to be truly amazing. Participants will not only learn to dance an African dance, but they will experience the Spirit of Africa in our latitudes.
